Color Quartz A 100 Mil Decorative Industrial Broadcast Floor Epoxy System |
CQ FLOOR is a decorative epoxy based floor system that is designed to produce a cleanable, decorative, slip resistant floor surface that is non porous. It’s simple: the fewer seams in a floor, the less maintenance required. The average tile floor has thousands of dirt-trapping grout seams, which are impossible to keep completely clean. A linoleum floor is easily gauged and cannot be repaired when damaged. Unsealed concrete also presents problems in the form of a porous surface that is difficult to clean. The CQ FLOOR System can be used on walls, floors, stairs, counter tops or any place where a durable resistant surface is needed. It has many advantages over Quarry Tile, Ceramic Tile and Sheet Vinyl Composition Tile and unlike concrete it is non porous making it a floor that can be cleaned easily. CQ FLOOR is ideally suited for floors found in showrooms, retail establishments, commercial kitchens, locker rooms, laboratories, garage floors and institutional areas. You will find that CQ FLOOR provides an economical alternative to other types of flooring while providing a tough durable decorative finish. |

4100 MVT Reducer/Epoxy Primer |
4100 Primer is a Clear two part epoxy primer and sealer designed to reduce moisture vapor emissions from concrete to acceptable levels for moisture and vapor sensitive floor systems and coatings. 4100 develops a tenacious bond to properly prepared surfaces and blocks the passage of moisture vapor. It is not uncommon for 4100 to reduce 15lbs of MVE down to 2lbs. 4100 is works so well that it will penetrate and cure within concrete even when applied under water. The system is applied easily by roller or squeegee without odors or flammability issues that could disrupt surrounding operations. 4100 Clear Epoxy provides a Wet Look and low MVT Floor Coating suitable for use below a wood, VCT or other type of non breathing floor system. |

4150 Vapor Stop MVT Reducer/Epoxy Primer |
4150 Vapor Stop Epoxy is a Pigmented two part epoxy primer and sealer designed to reduce moisture vapor emissions from concrete to acceptable levels for moisture and vapor sensitive floor systems and coatings. Vapor Stop is also used for the chip coat in epoxy floor systems that use vinyl chips. Using 4150 Vapor Stop reduces the risk of the epoxy floor system from blowing off from high moisture emmission rates. Vapor Stop develops a tenacious bond to properly prepared surfaces and blocks the passage of moisture vapor. It is not uncommon for Vapor Stop to reduce 15lbs of MVE down to 2lbs. 4150 Vapor Stop is works so well that it will penetrate and cure within concrete even when applied under water. 5000 & 5073 Poly-Urea High Build 2 Component Poly Urea Floor Coating |
Versatile Building Products Poly Urea 5000 & 5073 use an amazing new technology in the urethane arena that is up to100 percent solids and allows film thickness to build in excess of standard systems with water clarity and mirror smoothness. The cross linking of the film in the cure makes it exceptionally tough and durable, maintaining its gloss far beyond that of comparable systems. The chemistry is based on polyurea and much attention has been given to the application characteristics in its formulary. As a result, Poly Urea 5000 is extremely user friendly without having sacrificed the performance of the finished product. Because the product is non flammable and has a very mild odor we expect it to be the product of choice when working in and around areas where an offensive odor is an issue. The applications for this product are almost limitless; from the high end residential applications to retail settings with high traffic requirements or food service areas where stain resistance and clean ability are paramount as well as light industrial. |

5400 & 5410 Water Based 2 Component Chemical Resistant Urethane |
5400 & 5410 are Waterborne Chemical Resistant Urethanes that exhibits excellent wear and U.V. Stability. The film build, gloss and chemical resistance are comparable to solvent based systems, yet without the intense odor associated with them or the high V.O.C. levels. New technologies allow us to produce a water based product that is much higher in solids as well as attain thicker film build with no out gassing problems that its predecessors were notorious for. This allows the applicator to use the product during normal business hours where customers or neighboring tenants won’t be disturbed by an offensive solvent odor, yet not sacrifice any of the physical properties we expect from the urethanes we are all so familiar with. |
