4010 Colorseal is a waterborne pigmented epoxy sealer designed for use over concrete. 4010 Colorseal utilizes a crosslinking technology that allows it to breathe out moisture emmisions found on high MVT slabs. 4010 is used as a chip reciever coat as well as a final coat for monolithic floors. Due to its waterborne technology, 4000 is very user friendly and can be used in most areas.
